Altessa City is considering a move to create and build a new city that will be economically successful to all extents and will become standard to all developments and knowledge in RM. The project aims for best knowledge and quality, latest technologies and expertise and it heavily depends on assistance and cooperation with developed international community. It is based on western philosophy and ethics and shall bring all its efforts in fulfilling the scope of this project.
The project is a development in the village of Malaiesti, near city of Orhei, Republic of Moldova. The village consists of 900 population and 300 houses that lays on a immense flat field that is directly accessible from auto route E35. The project considers the radius of 15km coverage around village, an area that has to be redeveloped to satisfy the demand for 488,918.0 MTN of grain, veg and fruit per year. This is a total area 70600 ha (174456 acres) of which only 75% or 52950 ha are planned to be used, that brings up the amount of 9.23 MTN of product grown per ha. Of course this index is high comparing to current value of 5.21 MTN per ha. The issue is solved by implementing irrigation for the whole area that will incur an additional cost of avg. EUR 600 per ha or EUR 31,770,000.00.
